About Us OurMarriage.com was conceived in the winter of 1997 and officially launched in the Spring of 1998 at the Bridal Market in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Today, OurMarriage.com continues to provide useful information and tools to help in the wedding planning process. OurMarriage.com also celebrates customs and traditions from many cultures and generations. It is a great pleasure to welcome Fran Hansen as a contributor to
OurMarriage.com. Fran comes to us with a tremendous wealth of experience in the realm of wedding coordinating, planning and design. From 1983 to 1993, Fran was nationally recognized as founder and president of "An International World of Weddings". During this time, she wrote and developed a successful training program and business operations manual for the start-up and successful operation of a new company involving the entertainment industry.
Her latest book, "Bridal Profiles" provides invaluable information in every aspect of planning an exquisite wedding and reception. She is published in such periodicals as "Entrepreneur Magazine", Robb Report Magazine, "Northwest Women's Magazine", and the "Portland Business Journal". She has been interviewed on television and radio many times, always with enthusiastic response.
Recently, Fran has appeared on several national TV
and news broadcast, including Oprah, to talk about The Making Memories Breast Cancer Foundation. Her incredible compassion and sense of enthusiasm for helping others makes her an invaluable asset to OurMarriage.com.
