What to Wear? Dark or Light Suit?
I'm going to a 5 PM
wedding of a friend's daughter. What type suit (dark or light) should I wear? It is a March wedding. I have always heard that 6 PM is black tie optional and that 7 PM is black tie. Any rules to share on this? JJK

Definitely wear the dark suit. Especially if the wedding is formal! A 5 PM wedding will last long into the night and it still gets dark early in March. A dark suit is always appropriate whenever you are in doubt
of what to wear.

My mother-in-law has bad legs, her veins show and she is very uncomfortable wearing dresses and shirts. Would it be okay for her to wear a new pant suit to the wedding this Saturday, May 6th???Terrence
Of course it would be OKAY. She should wear whatever makes her the most comfortable so that she can enjoy the festivities.
