my order, can I return it? What is the return policy? Most of our items carry a 30 day satisfaction guarantee. Please read our return policy:
RETURN POLICY Our products are 100% satisfaction guaranteed for 30 days*. If you are not completely
satisfied with your order just email us for a return number and we will credit back to you the purchase price immediately upon receiving your returned item. Shipping
charges will not be refunded and return shipping is the customers responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
* No returns on personalized items, film products(cameras), opened software, or opened candy.
No Returns will be accepted without a return authorization.
Absolutely no returns after 30 days.
How do I add an item to my shopping cart?
Our ordering system is a shopping cart based system through PayPal.. This means that when you see a
product you would like to purchase, you click the “Add to Cart” button next to it.
This adds it to your shopping cart. You can view your cart contents or remove items at any time by selecting view
basket cart at the bottom of the page. When you are ready to order, you simply click on the "Check Out" button.

Do you offer a print catalog?
No, we are entirely an online catalog. We do not have any print supplements to send to you.

Please allow 3 -5 business days for us to process your order and ship it.
We ship by UPS. As a rule, please allow 10-12 business days from the time of order to receive your product. Some personalized items may require an extra day. If your order needs to arrive
by a certain date, please make note of this during checkout.
Please note: UPS does not count non-business days as shipping days.
. How can our prices be so low?
This is a very commonly asked question. One answer is: We use the same products that the big brand
name retail lines use, but we don't
re-package them in expensive fancy packaging! Our products are delivered in the plain packaging straight from the factory. Another reason is that our markup is MUCH lower than the other retail stores. We know that weddings are expensive enough as it is, we are pleased to help supply you accessories at affordable prices!
